Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Kestoral offers various shipping options for your convenience. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost, estimated delivery within 2-4 business days after processing.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.00.
  • For orders under $50.00, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

International Shipping

Kestoral currently ships to the United States (US) and the European Union (EU).

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

International delivery estimates typically range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Kestoral (Rom Wali) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Kestoral is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
